〘 noun 〙 A hall in a shrine or temple where votive plaques are displayed. Ema-den (Ema Hall) . ※Inryoken Diary - Entoku 2 (1490), April 25th "Since the 28th , at the Ema Hall , there has been a solicitation from Shundo Tayu."
