Well-known examples of systems building include the British CLASP (Consortium of Local Authorities Special Programme) and the American SCSD (School Construction Systems Development), both of which were used in the field of school construction in the 1960s. In Japan, there is the GSK system (School Facilities Construction System) for school construction and GOD (Government Office Development) for government building construction.
