Air rifle competition

... The targets are usually paper targets, but since the Barcelona Olympics (1992) in order to develop it into a spectator sport, electronic targets (a target system that electronically detects the point of impact, instantly displays the score and point of impact to the shooter and spectators, and allows the scores to be tallied; a live-ammunition version of a beam rifle) have been used.
[Rifle Shooting Competition]
There are three types of competitions: the large bore rifle competition, which uses 8mm or smaller centerfire cartridges, the small bore rifle competition, which uses only 5.6mm rimfire cartridges, the air rifle competition, which uses 4.5mm lead bullets, and the beam rifle competition, which was developed in Japan and uses light instead of bullets to compete in marksmanship. The shooting distances are 300m, 50m, 10m, and 10m, respectively.
