Japanese: 卯の花漬 - ウノハナヅケ
Pickled Unohana
1. Small pickled fish such as sardines and gizzard shad are marinated in soybean pulp seasoned with sweet vinegar.
2. Okara is mixed with salt and vegetables such as bracken and bamboo shoots are pickled in it.
