Kadokurazaki

A cape at the southern tip of Tanegashima Island in southern Kagoshima Prefecture. It belongs to Minamitane Town. There is Misaki Shrine, and within the shrine grounds is a monument commemorating the introduction of firearms to Japan in 1543. The Tanegashima Space Center of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency is nearby. 鹿児島県南部，種子島南端の岬。南種子町に属する。御崎神社があり，境内には天文 12 (1543) 年の鉄砲伝来を記念した碑がある。近くに宇宙航空研究開発機構の種子島宇宙センターがある。
