Indian civet - large Indian civet

It is a member of the Mammalia class, Carnivora order, and Civet family. It is found from India to southern China and Malaysia. Its head and body length is 70-85 cm, its tail length 35-47 cm, and its tail has black and white ring-shaped spots that are clearly separated from each other.

哺乳(ほにゅう)綱食肉目ジャコウネコ科の動物。インドから中国南部、マレーシアまで分布。頭胴長70～85センチメートル、尾長35～47センチメートル、尾には互いにはっきり離れた黒と白の輪状斑(はん)がある。
