Transfer payments

Japanese: 移転収支 - いてんしゅうし(英語表記)transfer payments
Transfer payments
An item on the balance of payments table that includes unilateral transactions without compensation between countries, such as tax payments to foreign governments, grant aid including compensation, remittances by immigrants, etc. The "IMF-style balance of payments table" is prepared using double-entry bookkeeping, so transfers are set up as the corresponding accounts for goods and services transactions or capital transactions.
