Born on April 29, 1606. The fourth son of Ikeda Terumasa, lord of Himeji Domain in Harima (Hyogo Prefecture). His mother was Tokuhime (Ryoshoin), daughter of Tokugawa Ieyasu. In 1611, he was allowed to use the Matsudaira surname. He was given 38,000 koku of land in Shiso County, Harima, by his elder brother Tadakatsu, lord of Okayama Domain in Bizen, and in 1627, he became lord of Yamazaki Domain. When his younger brother Teruoki became lord of Ako Domain, he also inherited 25,000 koku of land in Sayo Domain. In 1634, due to a family dispute, his land was confiscated, and he was given 10,000 koku in Shikano, Inaba (Tottori Prefecture), and lived in seclusion. He died on April 18, 1662, at the age of 59. 慶長9年4月29日生まれ。播磨(はりま)(兵庫県)姫路藩主池田輝政(てるまさ)の4男。母は徳川家康の娘督姫(とくひめ)(良正院)。慶長14年松平姓をゆるされる。備前岡山藩主の兄忠雄(ただかつ)より播磨(はりま)宍粟(しそう)郡3万8000石を分与され,20年山崎藩主となる。弟輝興(てるおき)が赤穂(あこう)藩主に転じたため佐用(さよ)藩領2万5000石も継承。寛永17年お家騒動により領地没収,因幡(いなば)(鳥取県)鹿野(しかの)に1万石をあたえられ蟄居(ちっきょ)した。寛文2年4月18日死去。59歳。 出典 講談社デジタル版 日本人名大辞典+Plusについて 情報 | 凡例 |
