Satanism

... The devil, the enemy of God and the antichrist of Christ, inevitably gives rise to Satanists who worship the devil, the antithesis of God, as the supreme deity. Satanism, which arose in Christian culture, differs from the devil worship rituals of other ancient pagan religions in that it is a "Christian perversion." Both Buddhism and Islam have evil gods such as Mara and Iblis, and similar devil worship rituals existed in ancient Celtic Druidism and Etruscan culture, but these were not aware of the perversion and were not recognized as hideous evil.
