Iinogawa - Iinogawa

A district in the center of Ishinomaki City, northeastern Miyagi Prefecture. It is located on the left bank of the area where the Shin Kitakami River flows east as the Oppa River. During the river traffic era, it prospered as a connecting point between land and sea.
