Mount Ararat is a volcano located on the eastern edge of Turkey, 100 km northeast of Lake Van, near the border with Armenia and Iran. It is the highest mountain in Turkey. It is called Ağrı Dağı in Turkish. It is divided into two peaks, the Great Mount Ararat, which is 5,165 m above sea level and is covered with snow all year round. *Some of the terminology explanations that mention "Ahl Da'a" are listed below.
