Yusuke Arimura
1833-1860 A samurai from the late Edo period.
Born in 1835. Son of Arimura Renjuani. Younger brother of Kaeda Nobuyoshi. A samurai of the Satsuma Kagoshima Domain. He escaped with his younger brother Jizaemon and participated in the Sonno Joi movement in Edo. He participated in a plan to attack the Chief Advisor Ii Naosuke, but did not join in the execution. He was captured on the way to Kyoto and committed suicide in Kagoshima on March 23, 1860. He was 28 years old. His name was Kanetake.

天保(てんぽう)4年生まれ。有村連寿尼の子。海江田(かえだ)信義の弟。薩摩(さつま)鹿児島藩士。弟次左衛門と脱藩し江戸で尊攘(そんじょう)運動に参加。大老井伊直弼(なおすけ)襲撃計画に参画したが決行にはくわわらず,京都にむかう途中捕らえられ,万延元年3月23日鹿児島で自刃(じじん)した。28歳。名は兼武。
