Other works include the Travel Report of Ibn Fadlan, one of the envoys sent to the Volga region by the Abbasid Caliph in 921, the China-India Travelogue of Abū Dulaf (years of birth and death unknown), the Chinese envoy of the Samanid Sultan (c. 942), the travelogues of Abū Ḥāmid (1080-1169), a traveler born in Granada, the travelogues of Ibn Sa'id (1213-86), also born in Spain, and the travelogues of Abd al-Lateef (1216-1220), born in Baghdad. Representative works include the intellectual Egyptian Voyage by al-Laṭīf (1162-1231), the Anatolian-Turkish Voyage of Amir Yash-Beg under the Mamluk dynasty, and the Hijaz Voyage by Mamluk sultan Qa'it Bay (reigned 1468-96). Other works in Arabic include the Safar Nama (Persian) by the Balkh-born Persian Nasir Khosrow (1003-61) and the travelogue (Turkish) by the Ottoman military traveler Evliya Çelebi (1611-84).
