Ajimoba - Ajimoba

Japanese:
Ajimoba - Ajimoba

...The flowering season is from April to May in Honshu, Japan. It is widely distributed along the coasts of temperate to cold zones in the northern hemisphere, forming seaweed beds where shellfish and young fish grow, which are called eelgrass beds or seaweed beds. The rhizomes and young shoots are also edible because they are sweet, hence the name sweet seaweed.

From the coast

...A narrow strip of land facing the ocean that is directly affected by waves and tides. It forms a unique geographical and ecological environment as the boundary between land and the ocean. The line where the land meets the sea surface is called the coastline, but its position changes over time, advancing and retreating with the daily rise and fall of the tides. The shorelines that correspond to the average high and low tides are called the high tide (shoreline) and low tide (shoreline), respectively, and the area between them is called the intertidal zone. The area inland of the high tide line is also affected by waves, especially those during storms, so the area between the low tide line and the limit of land that can be affected by waves is called the sea shore or simply the shore.
