Morning wife (prostitute) - Asazuma

...This dance is based on a painting by Hanabusa Itcho that satirizes the concubines of the shogun Tokugawa Tsunayoshi. A prostitute called Asazuma dances in the guise of a Shirabyoshi on the shores of Lake Biwa, where the Chikuma Festival is held. In some versions, the background is the pond in the inner garden of the Yanagisawa family home.
