Eviction Decision - Akewatashi Saiketsu

[Expropriation decision]
There are two types of expropriation rulings: right acquisition rulings and eviction rulings (Article 47-2). Right acquisition rulings are rulings regarding the acquisition of land ownership, while eviction rulings are rulings regarding the removal of land occupants when a developer intends to actually use land for business purposes that he has already acquired ownership of.
