Asahicho - Asahicho

...It is a residential city located in the northwest of Aichi Prefecture, in the eastern part of the Nobi Plain, adjacent to Nagoya City. In 1970, Asahi-cho was incorporated as a city and renamed. The population is 70,073 (1995).
