Gidayu's Bushizukushi. Compiled by Takemoto Tamitayu. Published in 1749 (Kan'en 2). 1 volume. There are versions by Yamamoto Kyubei and Masamotoya Yoshibei, and there are differences in the characters used in the short preface. This Bushizukushi was created around the same time as Ongaku Fushikaku, compiled by Takemoto Masatayu II, and was created to help beginners learn the different types of tunes. The main text explaining the tunes is sung with tunes, and is indicated by text notation and dots. It contains a preface by Enshusha, a short preface by Tamitayu, a chapter appendix explaining the sung symbols, and a postscript by Kafuku. Bushizukushi like this contributed to the spread of Gidayu.
