Peccei, A.

…It is a voluntary organization formed by intellectuals from around the world who shared a common concern about the finiteness of the Earth, centered around Aurelio Peccei (1908-1984), a famous Italian businessman and intellectual. It was named after the fact that its first meeting was held in Rome in 1968.
