Sea lion (English spelling)

...Unlike the fur of the fur seal, they are not suitable for fur, and their skin is thin, so even if they are tanned, there are few uses for them. Males reach maturity at 5 to 7 years old, when the hair on their necks grows long and thick like a mane, hence the name sea lion in English. They breed from June to August, and although small, they form harems (5 to 10 females).
