International code of zoological nomenclature

…A Latin name given to organisms to confirm their names internationally. Plants are named according to the International Code of Botanical Nomenclature, and animals according to the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature. The name of an organism in each language is called its common name, and in Japanese it is called its Japanese name.
