Dandie Dinmont terrier

…A small breed, 25-28cm tall and weighing about 9kg. It originated in western Scotland and is one of the Highland terriers that descend from a common ancestor with the Scotch terrier, Cairn terrier, and Dandie Dinmont terrier. The coat is soft and dense undercoat, but hard and bristly on the topcoat, and is solid white, as the breed name suggests.
