Cylindrical surface

...A surface obtained by fixing a point on a line in space and moving this line along a constant curve is called a conical surface, and a surface obtained by moving a line parallel to a constant curve in space is called a cylindrical surface. A surface obtained by moving a line tangent to a space curve is called a tangent surface.
