[The power of nuclear missiles]
The power of a missile on a target depends on the accuracy of the missile's hit, the explosive energy of the warhead, and the robustness of the target. The accuracy of a ground-to-ground missile or artillery shell is expressed in CEP (circular error probable). CEP is the radius of a circle centered on the target within which half of the missiles fired under the same conditions are expected to fall.
