It is a systematic anatomical book consisting of seven parts: (1) bones and joints, (2) muscles, (3) vascular system, (4) nerves, (5) abdominal organs, (6) heart and lungs, and (7) brain. It contains many findings that significantly correct the Galenic anatomy that had been believed and considered orthodox until then.
