Economic debate in the Soviet Union in the early 1960s. In the Soviet Union, numerous economic difficulties began to surface in the fields of production, consumption, and distribution in the 1950s. Many of these difficulties were thought to have arisen from the Soviet Union's rigid centralized planning system itself. As a result, many proposals for system reform began to be presented after 1956. The debate over how to proceed with system reform gradually became more intense, even involving the Communist Party, and reached its peak in 1962-64. An article titled "Plans, Profits, and Bonuses" was published in the September 9, 1962 issue of Pravda.

1960年代前半にソ連で行われた経済論争。ソ連では1950年代に入って生産，消費，流通の各分野で数多くの経済的困難が表面化してきた。この困難の多くはソ連の硬直的な中央集権的計画システムそのものから発生していると考えられた。そこで56年以後，多くの制度改革提案が提出されはじめた。制度改革をどう進めるかをめぐり論争はしだいに激しさを増し，共産党をも巻き込み，62‐64年にその最盛期を迎えるのである。1962年9月9日付の《プラウダ》に〈計画，利潤，ボーナス〉と題する一つの論文が掲載された。
