Luo Changpei - Rajoubai
Chinese linguist. Born in Beijing. Professor at Peking University. Was in Kunming during the Second Sino-Japanese War. In 1950, he became director of the Institute of Linguistics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His works include "Xiamen Phonetic System", "Northwest Dialects of the Tang Five Dynasties", and "Linchuan Phonetic System".
