A group of philosophers who advocated Leibniz's philosophy, which was interpreted and systematized by Leibniz's student C. Wolff. It spread in Germany from the 1740s and had a great influence on the young Kant. Representatives of this group include G. Bilfinger, G. Meyer, and A. Baumgarten. Although they were instrumental in spreading Leibniz's ideas, they have also been criticized for distorting the content and not fully conveying the essence of the ideas.
