Effective temperature

Japanese: 有効温度 - ゆうこうおんど（英語表記）effective temperature

A type of temperature that humans feel under various temperatures, humidities, and wind speeds. It is the temperature obtained based on the sensation of a windless environment with 100% humidity, and is also called effective temperature. It takes into account the effects of clothing worn. A modified effective temperature with a humidity of 50% has also been proposed.
