Friendship Pass - Yugikan

A town on the border with Vietnam, located southwest of Pingxiang City in the southwest of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. In the early Ming Dynasty, Jiling Pass was established, and was later renamed Danan Pass and Jieshou Pass. After the early Qing Dynasty, it was called Zhennan Pass, but in 1953 it was renamed Munan Pass, and in 1965 it was renamed Youyi Pass to express the friendship and unity between China and Vietnam. It is a key transportation point from China to Vietnam, and the Xianggui Railway runs through it.

中国、広西(こうせい／カンシー)チワン族自治区南西部、憑祥(ひょうしょう／ピンシヤン)市の南西にあるベトナムとの国境の町。明(みん)初に鶏陵(けいりょう)関が設けられ、のち大南関、界首関と改称した。清(しん)初以後は鎮南関とよばれたが、1953年睦南(ぼくなん)関、65年に中国・ベトナムの友好と団結を表す意味で友誼関と改めた。中国からベトナムへの交通の要所で湘桂(しょうけい)鉄道が通じる。
