The name of a school of Noh flute players. The first was Shobei Mitsuyoshi (?-1632), who served Tokugawa Ieyasu. After the death of the ninth head, Hatsutaro Mitsutoshi, in 1906, the school was discontinued and is now managed by the head of the shite Kanze school. There are many schools in the Kansai region. 能楽笛方の流儀名。徳川家康に仕えた庄兵衛光吉 (?~1632) を初代とし,1906年9世初太郎光俊没後宗家は断絶し,シテ方観世流宗家が預っている。関西に流勢が多い。
