Kabuki dance piece. A dialogue between Tokiwazu and Nagauta. One of the Ten Kinds of New and Old Drama. First performed in 1910 at the Tokyo Ichimuraza Theatre by Onoe Kikugoro VI and Bando Mitsugoro VII. Music by Okamura Kakiko, Kishizawa Shikisa VII and Kineya Mitaro V. A Matsubametsumono based on the secret Kyogen piece "Hanako." Niagari. Sanin Ukyo has Tarokaja meditate in his place while he goes to meet his lover Hanako, but when he finds out what has happened and his mistress Tamanoi is waiting for him in the hall, covered in a futon, he returns carelessly and is chased by her. With the theme of infidelity, which is common throughout history and around the world, it is still frequently performed today and is often included in overseas tours.
