A shogunate vassal and feudal lord in the mid-Edo period. Commonly known as Kurandō and Hyobu. His given name was originally Shigetsune. He was the second son of Ecchu no Kami Yoshinari, a shogunate vassal who later became a chief retainer of Tokugawa Tsunayoshi's Kanda mansion. In 1660, he was given 2,000 koku of his father's estate, and served Tokugawa Tsunayoshi like his father. In 1670, he was promoted to a chief retainer of Kanda mansion with an estate of 3,000 koku, and in the same year was appointed Bingo no Kami with a Junior Fifth Rank. In 1680, when his lord Tsunayoshi inherited the shogunate, he became a retainer of the shogunate, and in the same year was given an additional 10,000 koku and made a daimyo. The following year, in 1681, he was promoted to the newly established rank of chamberlain and given a Junior Fourth Rank, and in 1682, he was given an additional 20,000 koku, and in 1683, he was given an additional 20,000 koku and became the lord of Sekijuku Castle in Shimousa Province. He was promoted to chamberlain in 1685, and when Tsunayoshi visited Narusada's residence in 1688, he was granted an additional 20,000 koku, bringing his total to 73,000 koku, but he retired in 1689, and after Tsunayoshi's death in 1709, he took the name Omu. He was an honest man, and Tsunayoshi placed him in high esteem.

江戸中期の幕臣,大名。通称は蔵人,兵部。諱は初め成恒という。幕臣で,のち徳川綱吉の神田館の家老となった越中守儀成の次男。万治3(1660)年父の遺跡の内2000石を与えられて,父同様徳川綱吉に仕え,寛文10(1670)年神田館家老に昇進して3000石を領し,同年従五位下備後守に叙任。延宝8(1680)年主君綱吉の将軍家相続に伴って幕府側衆となり,同年1万石を加増されて大名に取り立てられた。翌天和1(1681)年には新設の側用人に昇って従四位下に叙され,2年2万石,3年に再び2万石を加増されて下総国関宿城主となった。さらに貞享2(1685)年侍従に進み,元禄1(1688)年に綱吉が成貞の屋敷を訪れた際にも2万石を加増されて7万3000石を領することになったが,8年に隠居し,宝永6(1709)年綱吉死去後は大夢と号した。性格が篤実であったため,綱吉から重用されたという。
