A railway bridge over the Firth of Forth in central Scotland, UK. Completed in 1890, it is famous for using steel instead of the conventional wrought iron. It is a Gelber truss bridge, with a maximum span of 521m and a tower height of 105m. In 1964, the New Forth Road Bridge was built, famous as a long suspension bridge with a span of 1006m.
