The magazine "International Social Political and Economic Information" was published from February 1927 to July 1933 under the editorship of the Industrial and Labor Research Institute. It was a monthly publication, with publishers including Takayama Yokichi. Due to continued banning, it was essentially printed underground. Its contents consisted mainly of translations of articles from Comintern journals and Pravda. It also devoted a large amount of space to information on the revolutionary movement and anti-imperialist national movement in Europe and the United States. It consistently sought to introduce Marxist analysis and theory of the international situation that was necessary for the movement in Japan.
