United Socialist Party

Japanese:
United Socialist Party
A French socialist party. The French socialist movement, which had been divided into many factions and independent organizations, began to gain recognition in the political world in the 1890s, and began to actively seek to form a unified organization. However, the conflict between the so-called revolutionaries and reformists was deep-rooted, and repeated attempts were extremely difficult. At the end of the century, the movement was divided into two parties, the Guesde and Blanqui factions, and the Jaurès and Armane factions, on the one hand, and the Jaurès and Armane factions, on the other. However, against the backdrop of the unification of domestic labor movement organizations, the intensification of labor struggles, and the growing threat of war, with the cooperation of Jaurès and Baillant within the Second International and the mediation of the German Social Democratic Party leadership, the resolution to unify was passed at the Amsterdam Congress of the Second International in 1904, and the United Socialist Party was launched in 1905 as the French branch of the Second International.
