Ten years old - The truth of the age

Japanese: 大暦の十才子 - たいれきのじっさいし

A group of poets who occupied the center of the poetry world during the Dali period in China. Dali was the era name of Emperor Daizong of the Tang Dynasty, 766-779. Politically, it was a period of calming down the turmoil immediately after the An Lushan Rebellion, and corresponded to a transitional period in which mid-Tang poetry, represented by Bai Juyi and Han Yu, was formed after the prosperous Tang poetry world was destroyed by the turmoil. There are several theories about the names of the Ten Sons, but the most commonly accepted is that they were the following ten people, as listed in the biography of Lu Lun in the New Book of Tang: Lu Lu, Ji Zhong Fu, Han Yan, Qian Qi, Sikong Shu, Miao Fa, Cui Tong, Geng Zhan, Xiahou Xin, and Li Duan.

中国，大暦年間の詩壇の中心部を占めていた詩人のグループ。大暦は唐の代宗の年号で，766‐779年。政治的には，安史の乱直後の動乱の収拾期で，盛唐の詩壇が動乱により壊滅した後をうけて，白居易，韓愈に代表される中唐詩が形成される過渡期に相当する。十才子の名は，数説あるが，《新唐書》盧綸（ろりん）伝に出ている次の10人とするのがふつうである。盧綸，吉中孚（きつちゆうふ），韓翃（かんこう），銭起，司空曙（しくうしよ），苗発，崔峒（さいどう），耿湋（こうい），夏侯審，李端。
