Postscript - Great Explosion

Japanese: 題跋 - だいばつ
Postscript - Great Explosion

A Chinese literary style. It refers to the "inscription and postscript" attached to poetry, books, tablet collections, calligraphy, paintings, etc., and is also called "title colophon." Originally, the words at the beginning were called "inscriptions," and the words at the end were called "postscripts" ("postscripts" or "postscripts"). The "Inscriptions on Mencius" by Zhao Qi of the Han Dynasty records the creation, origin, and main points of "Mencius," and is in a style similar to a "preface" (side note). The distinction between "inscriptions" at the beginning and "postscripts" at the end is not necessarily fixed, and there are actually many examples where the words at the end are called "postscripts" or simply "inscriptions." This style of writing was actively developed after the Song dynasty by Ouyang Xiu, Su Shi, Huang Tingjian and others, and when the title at the top of a stone tablet or at the beginning of a book was a very short phrase, it was called a "title."
