Seiryuji Temple

A Tendai sect temple located in Kurodani, in the west tower of Enryaku-ji Temple on Mount Hiei. This temple was located in Chang'an (Xi'an, Shaanxi Province), the capital of the Tang Dynasty in China. It was founded in 582 by Emperor Wen of the Sui Dynasty as the Temple of Inspiration, and renamed Qinglong Temple in 711.
