A manor owned by Todaiji Temple in Settsu Province. In 752 (Tenpyo Shoho 4), Todaiji Temple purchased 3 cho 6 dan (249 bu) of land from Asukabe no Ou in Higashinari and Nishinari counties in Settsu Province, but in 783 (Enryaku 2), it exchanged 9 dan (1 cho 5 dan) of land north of Horie in Nishinari County, which is thought to be part of the purchased land, for 1 cho 5 dan (1 cho 5 dan) of Chiyokushinosho (manor of imperial command) located to the south, and placed Ekiya in the land north of Kohoku and Jike in the land south of Kohoku. This was the predecessor of the Silla Gosho Manor. The land exchanged belonged to Higashinari County, but later came under Sumiyoshi County due to a change in the course of the Horie River.
