A biannual newspaper published in Shanghai, China, at the end of the 19th century. It was first published on July 1, 1896 (Guangxu 22). It was published until issue 69, published on June 21, 1891. Wang Kangnian was president and Liang Qichao was editor-in-chief. It promoted reformist ideas, and Liang's excellent writing in particular attracted many readers, resulting in a circulation of over 10,000 copies. After Liang was transferred to Hunan in 1890, its popularity declined, and after it ceased publication in 1891, it was transferred to the government and renamed the Jimu Guan Gao. 中国,19世紀末に上海で発行された旬刊新聞。光緒 22 (1896) 年7月1日創刊。同 24年6月 21日刊の第 69号まで発行された。汪康年が社長,梁啓超が主筆で,改革思想を鼓吹,ことに梁の名文は多数の読者を獲得し,発行部数は1万部以上に達した。同 23年梁が湖南に赴任して以後低調となり,同 24年の停刊後は政府に移管され,『時務官報』となった。
