Law No. 137 of 1948. This law regulates the operation of entertainment venues to prevent them from endangering public health. In this law, entertainment venues are facilities where movies, plays, music, sports, entertainment, or shows are shown to the public. The operation of entertainment venues requires permission from the prefectural governor, and operators and visitors are required to keep the venue clean, with criminal penalties imposed for violations. A public hearing must be held to revoke a business license or suspend operations. 昭和 23年法律 137号。興行場の経営が公衆衛生に害を及ぼすおそれのないよう規制する法律。この法律で興行場とは,映画,演劇,音楽,スポーツ,演芸または見せ物を公衆に見せ,聞かせる施設をいう。興行場の経営は都道府県知事の許可を要し,営業者と入場者には場内を清潔に保つ義務を課し,その違反には刑罰を科している。営業許可の取消しまたは営業停止は公開による聴聞を行わなければならない。
