Around 1560 - 1605 A German alchemical mystic born in Leipzig. At the same time, as a physician, he was one of the followers of Paracelsus' alchemical medical chemistry. Kuhnradt's alchemy emphasizes the spiritual aspect. His major work, "The Great Lecture Hall of Eternal Wisdom," written in 1595 and printed in Hanover in 1609, is known for its highly suggestive illustrations, which are often quoted.
