A manual for the work of the Kyoto magistrate. Seven volumes. Published around 1717. It describes the situation in the areas controlled by the magistrate's office and its authority. It is believed to have been compiled based on documents submitted by officials. It gives a wide range of information on politics, economy, religion, and other topics, including the Imperial Court and court nobles, as well as the situation in the Kyoto region, Kyoto area, Omi, Tamba, and Harima, in eight provinces. Included in the Seibundo Historical Materials Collection.

京都町奉行の勤方の手引書。７巻。1717年ころ成立。奉行所の支配地域の状況とその権限について記す。役人が提出した書札(しょさつ)などをもとに編纂したものとみられる。禁裏(きんり)・公家関係をはじめ，洛中洛外，畿内・近江・丹波・播磨８ヵ国の状況を政治・経済・宗教など広範囲にわたり記述する。《清文堂史料叢書》所収。
