A manual for the work of the Kyoto magistrate. Seven volumes. Published around 1717. It describes the situation in the areas controlled by the magistrate's office and its authority. It is believed to have been compiled based on documents submitted by officials. It gives a wide range of information on politics, economy, religion, and other topics, including the Imperial Court and court nobles, as well as the situation in the Kyoto region, Kyoto area, Omi, Tamba, and Harima, in eight provinces.
