　アドソルビンは、下痢症の治療にも使用します。

　ジメチコン製剤では軟便、胃部の不快感、下痢、腹痛、嘔吐おうと、食欲不振といった症状を、天然ケイ酸アルミニウム製剤では便秘をおこすことがあります。

　こうした症状がおこったときは、医師に相談してください。

①各種の剤型があり、食後または食間の服用が原則です。服用量・服用時間・服用回数・服用期間については医師の指示を守り、かってに中止、減量・増量しないでください。

　また、服用するときは十分な水で飲んでください。

②天然ケイ酸アルミニウム製剤は、人工透析を受けている人、腸閉塞、出血性大腸炎のある人は使用できません。また、便秘、腎障害、リン酸塩低下のある人は使用できないことがあります。

③ほかの病気の治療で薬を服用している人は、あらかじめその旨を医師に報告し、服用法などについて医師と相談してください。
