Persimmon skewers
A famous confectionery made and sold by Taketorado in Hashimoto City, Wakayama Prefecture. It is a baked confectionery made with persimmon and egg yolk paste. It is based on the motif of dried persimmons from the Fuyu persimmon skewer, and is garnished with salted kelp to represent the skewer.
