Persimmon skewers
A famous confectionery made and sold by Taketorado in Hashimoto City, Wakayama Prefecture. It is a baked confectionery made with persimmon and egg yolk paste. It is based on the motif of dried persimmons from the Fuyu persimmon skewer, and is garnished with salted kelp to represent the skewer.

和歌山県橋本市、竹虎堂が製造・販売する銘菓。柿の実と黄身餡を練り込んだ焼き菓子。富有柿の串柿(干し柿)をモチーフにしており、串の部分に見たてた塩昆布を添えてある。
