Kugushi

The area is located in the western part of Mihama Town, southwest of Fukui Prefecture. It is on the beach ridge separating Lake Kugushi from Wakasa Bay. It is the tourist center of the Mikata Five Lakes, and Kugushi Beach is also known as a swimming beach.
