Vault - Safe

...Various mechanisms are used to protect against theft and fire. Bank vaults are a typical example, with extremely large doors that open and close, but in recent years, the importance of storing information sources such as documents and magnetic tapes has increased, and safe structures have become more diverse. Single box-shaped safes are subject to fire resistance tests according to JIS standards, and the industry conducts tests to test theft prevention performance, such as melting tests using a gas burner, perforation tests using a drill, and impact tests using a steel ball dropped on them.
