Strong cotton medicine - Kyomenyaku
Nitrocellulose is a type of cotton powder (nitrocellulose) with a high degree of nitration (esterification) and a nitrogen content of 13% or more. It has a high explosive power and is used in the manufacture of smokeless powder.
