Charismatic government official

Japanese: 官職カリスマ - かんしょくかりすま
Charismatic government official

...The trigger for the change in the concept of charisma, which is the everydayization of charisma, is the lack of charismatic figures and the growing problem of succession. This leads to the idea that charisma is passed down through the bloodline to close relatives of the charisma holder (hereditary charisma), and that charisma can be transferred through artificial and magical ritual means, and that certain social institutions (such as the church) themselves are given special grace (official charisma). In this process of depersonalization and everydayization, charisma, which is originally extraordinary and exclusive to one person, becomes inclined toward justifying and maintaining the existing order, in contrast to the order-disrupting, creative, revolutionary character of its birth.
